Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our equipment and services.

What is the warranty period for your equipment?

We provide a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all main frames against bending or structural fatigue under normal rated use. Wearing parts like blading and tines have a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty.

Do you ship international orders?

Yes, we regularly ship to over 30 countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe. We handle complete container-load planning, documentation, and dealer onboarding.

How do I choose the right blade material (Boron vs Carbon)?

Boron steel is heat-treated to 48-52 HRC and offers significantly better wear resistance, making it ideal for abrasive soils and continuous use. Carbon steel is a cost-effective alternative for softer soils or seasonal use.

Can you manufacture custom parts from a drawing?

Absolutely. Our custom forging division can manufacture non-standard blades, tines, or bracket geometry based on your CAD drawings or physical samples, typically with a minimum batch size of 50 units.
